** What You'll Be Doing
*** Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure efficient production of sand and gravel
* Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to maintain equipment reliability
* Load and unload materials safely using heavy machinery
* Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate operations
* Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations during shift operations

*** Ability to operate heavy equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards
* Willingness to work in a physically demanding, outdoor industrial environment
* Effective communication and teamwork skills
* Adaptability to changing priorities and shift schedules
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
* Compliance with all company safety policies and procedures is required
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
** Physical Demands of the Job
*** Ability to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods
* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
* Frequent bending, stooping, and working in confined spaces
* Manual dexterity to operate tools and controls
* Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required
