** What You'll Be Doing
*** Lead and coordinate daily operations of the sand and gravel plant during evening shift
* Monitor equipment and production processes to ensure efficiency and safety
* Train, guide, and support plant personnel to meet performance goals
* Perform routine inspections and assist with maintenance planning
* Promote and enforce safety, environmental, and company policies
** What Are We Looking For
*** Demonstrated leadership skills in an industrial or manufacturing setting
* Strong understanding of aggregate plant operations and equipment
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues effectively
* Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
* Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
** Physical Demands of the Job
*** Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift materials up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift
* Manual dexterity to operate tools and equipment safely and effectively
* Visual and auditory ability to identify hazards and communicate clearly in a noisy environment
* Capability to work at heights and in confined spaces as needed
* Endurance to perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions
