• Assists servers and bartenders with WOW guest service.
• Quickly cleans and resets tables and stocks server stations and bars.
• Clears, cleans and resets tables as needed.
• Assists servers by stocking stations.
• Communicates with host staff concerning table updates to ensure the continuous flow of seated guests.
• Makes servers aware of any special requests at their tables.
• Assists bartenders by stocking beer and ice.
• Assists with rolling silverware when necessary.
• Visually observes guests and can respond to non-verbal cues.
• Follows food safety and general sanitation policies.
• Completes perimeter checks as needed.
• Completes all opening, ongoing and closing side work.
• Bids a sincere farewell to all departing guests within 10 feet.
• Upholds and maintains cleanliness standards in all areas of the restaurant.
• Empties trash cans into the dumpster and helps to maintain cleanliness.
• Performs various tasks delegated by management, including sweeping, cleaning and other side work duties.
• Handles a guest complaint in a professional manner; follows the steps accordingly.
• Generates fun and excitement through personality and positive attitude to help ensure many return visits by guests.
• Stands/walks during entire shift.
• Can carry bus tubs weighing up to 40 pounds from all areas of the restaurant to the dish area.
• Operates a dish washing machine.
• Must reach, bend, stoop and wipe.
• Ability to listen to guests, respond verbally to them and interact with team members.
• Enthusiastic and professional attitude must be displayed at all times.
