As a Dishwasher General Utility, you will be responsible for maintaining kitchen work areas, equipment, plate ware and utensils in a clean, sanitary and orderly condition while assisting in food preparation procedures.
Responsibilities- Set up, use, and maintain the mechanical dishwasher for the duration of the shift.
- Keep the food line stocked with clean plates and utensils.
- End-of-shift cleaning and sanitation tasks, including the work area and restrooms.
- Ability to lift 25-50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move within the kitchen as needed.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
