What You’ll Do Oversee daily restaurant operations, lead and develop hourly and supervisory teams, ensure food quality and service standards, manage labor and inventory, maintain a clean and safe restaurant, and drive a positive, high-performance culture.
Qualifications- Must have 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- Experience in casual Mexican dining is a plus
- Strong people leadership and communication skills
