Technician 1

Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. is seeking a Technician 1 to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on a fleet of heavy equipment, including aerial work platforms, general construction tools, large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC and oil & gas systems.

• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment to avoid downtime.
• Work with a safety‑focused team on a variety of makes, models and equipment.
• Maintain accurate work records and follow company procedures.

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training desired.
• 1–3 years of technician experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment or specialty line equipment.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals.
• Flexible with changing priorities; bilingual (Spanish) may be required.
