The Shop Mechanic services and maintains the Company fleet of gas and diesel vehicles and its small engine equipment. The role troubleshoots and repairs engines, performs preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment, maintains accurate service records, and coordinates with other mechanics, field supervisors, and management to keep equipment available and safe for daily operations.

• Troubleshoot and conduct repairs on gas and diesel engines.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Clean and apply lubricants to all mechanical components.
• Communicate with other mechanics, field supervisors, and management as needed.
• Follow established Company procedures.
• Work independently when required.
• Keep logs of work performed.

• Required: Prior experience as a Mechanic in a shop environment.
• ASE Certification is preferred.

• Regular hours are 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (Other shifts also available)
• Saturdays may be required during peak seasons.
• Work during snowstorms is required
