MUMPS​/Caché Developer

eEvolution is looking for an experienced MUMPS/Caché Developer with hands-on TC2 experience to support a mission-critical Department of Defense (DoD) healthcare application.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Lead Backend Developer for the TC2 application using Inter Systems Caché/IRIS and MUMPS/Object Script.
• Develop and maintain Object Script SQL stored procedures (Sql Proc) supporting the TC2 GUI.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
• Integrate ongoing CHCS code changes into the TC2 codebase.
• Develop and maintain interfaces, including HL7 messaging.
• Troubleshoot hospital site issues and support application stability.
• Navigate a large MUMPS/Object Script codebase and contribute to technical documentation.

Required Qualifications

• TC2 development experience is required.
• 5+ years of related professional experience.
• Experience with Inter Systems MUMPS, Caché, Object Script, and/or IRIS.
• Experience with File Man, Windows, and HL7 messaging.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• CompTIA Security+ certification.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Preferred Experience

• Java, Java Server Faces (JSF), Prime Faces, and JBoss.
• Inter Systems JDBC connectivity between Java applications and Caché/IRIS backends.
• Virtual machine software and snapshots.
• Install Shield scripting and Agile methodologies/tools, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Jira, and Confluence.
