We are seeking a Board-eligible or board-certified Pediatrician to work 2–5 days per week in our clinic. The position offers a stress‑free environment, flexible hours, and a great support staff.
Job Details- We provide flexible days and hours in a very positive and supportive work environment.
- The hourly rate is open to negotiation.
- Employment is offered as 1099 or W2, open to negotiation at market rate.
- Benefits include vacation, CME, 401(k), and more.
- EPIC EMR is used.
- Average patient volume: 15–20 patients per day.
- After‑hours call volume is extremely low.
- A pediatric nurse practitioner is available to help with care coordination.
- Profit sharing after 1 year.
- Partnership path after 3 years.
Board-eligible or board-certified Pediatrician. Comfortable working in a small group practice.
