Free Star Financial Credit Union is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Teller for our Clinton Township Branch. If you would love to use your customer service skills for a growing credit union, this may be the right job for you!

Salary: $17/Hour

Job Location: Clinton Township

Days: Monday - Friday, occasional Saturdays

Hours: 8:30 - 5:15

The primary purpose of a Teller is to assist Free Star Financial Credit Union in fulfilling our mission by identifying member needs, efficiently processing transactions and maintaining a consistent balancing record, in addition to suggesting products and services that would benefit our members.

• Observe all of the core values that have been established and abide by the standards of the position.
• Provide efficient and accurate customer service in transactions such as check cashing, deposits, withdrawals or transfers, in person and over the phone.
• Provide members with account status as requested.
• Balance daily the assigned cash drawer including all negotiable instruments.
• Cross‑sell all products and services offered by the credit union and achieve the minimum sales standards as established by leadership.
• Process night deposit and ATM transactions.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of cash handling experience.
• Minimum of one year in a customer service role.
