  • A supportive Clinic Director and collaborative clinical team
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k); PTO; paid holidays; and parental leave, based on eligibility
  • Continuing education and opportunities to grow
  • A clinic culture that values your ideas, your well-being, and a little fun along the way
What you’ll do
  • Provide outpatient therapy to children using developmentally appropriate play therapy techniques
  • Partner with parents and caregivers to support progress beyond the therapy room
  • Create individualized treatment plans and help clients work through emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges
  • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with colleagues and participate in team meetings and professional development
What we’re looking for
  • A master’s degree in a behavioral health field and a full clinical license in Michigan
, such as an LMSW, LPC, or LMFT
  • Experience providing therapy to children and using play-based interventions
  • A strong understanding of child development and family dynamics
  • A warm, creative approach that helps children feel safe and engaged
  • Play therapy training or Registered Play Therapist (RPT) credentials are a plus
  • Comfort using an electronic health record;
    Valant experience is a plus

This full-time role includes a target of 25 or more recorded client sessions per week
. Some evening or weekend availability is helpful for families.

Compensation:
