• Responsible to receive product and make appropriate determinations according to procedures and policies
• Charge and operate all hi-lows and pallet jacks effectively, safely, and accident‑free
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and efficient use of warehouse
• Assist with inventory control and reconciling physical inventories per schedule
• Assist as you can with production, including warehouse production
• Follow all specifications and departmental procedures
• Understand department goals and objectives as well as participate in advancing them
• Work as a team with other Operators and Support staff
• Communicate effectively with all Medbio personnel
• Conform to the culture, vision and mission of Medbio
• Communicate to management any situation that may arise, be it job specific or employee related
• Complete any task or special project assigned
• Pull and stage product shipping to customers and suppliers
• Prepare boxes for storage in the warehouse

• High School Diploma or equivalent and post‑High School education as appropriate
• Minimum 2 years of Shipping and Receiving experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work with people at different levels
• Positive attitude for continued learning
• Strong analytical skills
• Basic computer skills
• Forklift experience

• Sitting and/or standing for extended periods, walking within the facility
• Visual and hearing requirements specified (see job posting details)
• Lifting and carrying various items up to 70 pounds
