• Assist in the setup and operation of die-cutting machines.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Load and unload materials and products as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe workplace.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Support other manufacturing activities as assigned by supervisors.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Reliable transportation to the Clinton Township location.
