Fabrication Machine Operator

Armada Staffing Group is currently seeking a dependable and motivated Fabrication Machine Operator to join our team on the East Side of Columbus, OH.We are looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented individual with experience in fabrication, manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work well independently and as part of a team.

Fabrication Machine Operator

$20.00 per hour

Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (40 hours per week). Overtime may be available.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous fabrication, manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred
• Ability to operate machinery and use basic hand/power tools
• Ability to read work orders and follow instructions
• Basic math skills
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. Stand and perform physical duties for extended periods.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must pass a national background check
• Must pass a 10-panel drug test; THC-friendly
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude

• Operate fabrication machinery and equipment
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to work orders
• Assemble parts using hand and power tools
• Remove burrs and sharp edges from finished materials
• Wrap, band, box, and palletize finished products
• Move materials using forklifts or pallet jacks
• Use RF scanners to pick and put away products
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and instructions
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals
