Location: Roseville, MI
Pay: $16.50 per hour
Shifts Available:
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to operate production equipment, including welding machines, presses, benders, and other manufacturing machinery.
What You'll DoOperate production machinery, including welders, presses, and benders.
Load and unload parts according to work instructions.
Monitor production to ensure quality and efficiency.
Inspect finished parts and identify defects.
Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
Properly tag and handle completed products.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
At least 1 year of manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
High school diploma or GED.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing machinery and equipment.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 60 lbs.
Ability to bend, twist, squat, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks.
Strong attendance, reliability, and a positive attitude.
Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
$16.50/hour starting pay
