We’re looking for a hands‑on Paid Media Manager with experience directly managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Linked In Ads.

This is not a Google-only PPC role or a Meta-only media buying role. You’ll work across multiple advertising platforms and client industries, managing everything from campaign strategy and builds to ongoing optimization, testing, reporting, and budget allocation.

You’ll initially work closely with the owner of Graze, who currently oversees paid media, with the goal of gradually taking greater ownership of the agency’s paid advertising accounts.

• Manage and optimize client campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Linked In Campaign Manager
• Build new campaigns, ad groups, audiences, keywords, assets, and targeting strategies
• Monitor budgets, conversions, CPA/CPL, lead volume, and overall campaign efficiency
• Conduct regular search‑term, keyword, placement, audience, and creative reviews
• Identify opportunities to reallocate budget and scale successful campaigns
• Develop and execute ongoing campaign tests across messaging, audiences, keywords, creative, landing pages, and bidding strategies
• Conduct competitive research
• Collaborate with our creative, content, web, and marketing operations teams
• Review conversion tracking and work with the team to resolve tracking or attribution issues
• Translate advertising performance into clear recommendations for clients
• Help establish and improve Graze's internal paid‑media processes, standards, and best practices

• 3+ years of hands‑on paid media experience, preferably in an agency environment
• Demonstrated experience personally managing Google Ads, Meta Ads AND Linked In Ads
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Strong understanding of Google Search campaigns, with experience in Performance Max, Display, You Tube, and remarketing preferred
• Experience with Meta audience targeting, lead generation, conversion campaigns, and creative testing
• Experience developing Linked In B2B targeting and lead‑generation strategies
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make decisions based on performance data
• Understanding of conversion tracking, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and attribution
• Ability to communicate clearly with both clients and internal team members
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of account performance
