Registered Nurse – Operating Room

Overview

Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient-centered care. This role offers the opportunity to lead in the coordination and delivery of high-quality healthcare services, utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for making a positive impact on patients and their families.

Hospital Setting

Night

• Provide, delegate, supervise, and document patient care while ensuring compassion and quality at every step.
• Apply clinical knowledge and analytical skills to create and implement effective nursing care plans.
• Educate and support patients and families regarding care needs and treatment plans.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in identifying and resolving variances from patient goals, ensuring solutions are carried out.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong clinical knowledge with the ability to provide a wide variety of nursing services.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Type: full-time contract employment 13-14 weeks with possibility to extend.
