• Lead nursing care delivery at Premier Surgical Center of Michigan.
• Assume responsibility as a department lead of the OR, Pre‑op, and PACU.
• Oversee the facility’s quality improvement, risk management, infection control, and education of teammates.
• Provide leadership oversight to ensure patient needs are met in accordance with instructions of physicians and facility policies & procedures.
• Demonstrate respect for co‑workers & leadership, and develop positive working relationships within departments.
• Provide clear, concise direction to others that promotes efficiency throughout the clinical areas of the facility.
• Recognize legal policy limits and individual practice boundaries.

• Associate degree in nursing required; bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Current RN licensure.
• Two years of nursing management experience preferred.
• Successful completion of BLS course within 90 days of employment or documentation of current BLS certification.
• Successful completion of ACLS course within 90 days of employment or documentation of current ACLS certification.
