• Perform a wide range of surgical procedures, including routine spays/neuters, soft tissue surgeries, and emergency procedures
• Provide exceptional pre-operative and post-operative care
• Work closely with veterinary technicians and support staff to ensure the highest standard of care
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners about surgical procedures, recovery, and ongoing care
• Stay current with surgical advancements and best practices
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment

• DVM or equivalent veterinary degree
• Strong surgical skills and a genuine passion for animal care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Calm under pressure and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Prior surgical experience in a clinical setting is preferred
• A collaborative team player who values continuous improvement
