• Assist with preparing and cooking a variety of chicken dishes, sides, and sauces according to established recipes and standards
• Ensure that all dishes are cooked to the appropriate temperature and presented in an attractive manner to satisfy our customers
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including equipment and work surfaces, to maintain a healthy and safe environment
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed to keep our kitchen well-stocked
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a high quality of food and service
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient service

• No prior professional kitchen experience is required, just a strong interest in cooking and a willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from others to ensure a smooth operation
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
