Base pay range: $15.00/hr – $28.00/hr

Additional compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives, possible premiums $0.35–$3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply.

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom.

• Unload trucks and stock new freight.

• Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts (as required).

• Maintain a clean, organized backroom environment.

• Must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may be required.
• Flexibility to work various shifts (mid‑shift, closing, overnight).
