The Senior Sales Associate supports store leadership in achieving sales, customer service, ATF compliance, and safety standards. Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, maintaining range and cleanliness, achieving personal and store sales goals, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Meet or exceed sales goals and all metric targets.
• Answer customer inquiries about product pricing, features, and availability.
• Maintain visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
• Produce daily required documents (4473 forms, gun counts, serial audits, position schedules).
• Manage store software for labels and sales tracking.
• Conduct opening and closing procedures (cleanliness, register setup, reconciliation, security).
• Ensure compliance with all firearm safety rules and government agency requirements.
• Assist with range maintenance and coordinate repairs when necessary.
• Keep abreast of new products of interest to customers.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• 1–2 years of customer‑service sales experience, preferably in specialty retail.
• Strong understanding of complex compliance regulations and ability to handle confidential information.
• Flexible availability for opening/closing shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
