Base pay: $50,000.00/yr - $/yr.

Position pay will be based on your skills and experience.

• Generate new sales by prospecting and nurturing customers.
• Sell new and used automobiles.
• Approach and assist potential new customers in the showroom.
• Maintain customer lists and contact them regularly to gauge readiness for purchase.
• Provide financing details and arrange loan options.
• Determine trade‑in allowance for old vehicles.
• Negotiate final price of vehicles.
• Place regularly scheduled calls and account reviews.
• Consult and advise dealership management.
• Gain knowledge of dealership product and service portfolio.
• Perform administrative contract duties.
• Use MS Word, Excel, Outlook and other office equipment.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Prior auto dealership experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, communicate excellently and multitask.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
• Excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills.
• Professional appearance required.
• Outgoing personality with a people‑person skill set.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong desire and dedication to succeed.
