Job Summary

Quickparts is seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Sales Development Representative to drive new business growth and expand our market reach. In this role, you will identify and qualify potential clients, generate high‑quality leads, and schedule meetings that support our sales pipeline. You will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine targeting, enhance lead quality, and ensure seamless transitions throughout the customer journey.

This role is ideal for a driven communicator who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about supporting advanced manufacturing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    Identify and research ideal customer profiles and target accounts.
  • Use outbound channels such as email, phone, Linked In, and CRM tools to generate new business opportunities.
  • Qualifying Leads:
    Engage prospects to understand needs, challenges, and buying timelines.
  • Apply qualification frameworks such as BANT to determine fit.
  • Score and route qualified leads to the appropriate Account Owner.
  • Meeting Setting and Pipeline Handoff:
    Schedule discovery calls and capability demos for the sales team.
  • Provide Account Owners with detailed notes and context for smooth handoffs.
  • Track and report meeting quality and lead outcomes.
  • CRM and Data Management:
    Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions.
  • Update lead statuses, activity logs, and pipeline stages.
  • Use reporting tools to measure performance against KPIs.
  • Collaboration with Sales and Marketing:
    Share frontline insights on market trends, customer objections, and message effectiveness.
  • Work closely with marketing to refine targeting and improve lead quality.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years in sales development, customer success, or similar customer‑facing roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry or supporting manufacturing clients.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify customer opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a distributed team.
  • Experience with Hub Spot preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
