Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Electrical Field Supervisor at our client located in Clinton Township MI
. The Electrical Field Supervisor is responsible for managing a team of electricians to ensure that electrical projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.

Responsibilities of a Electrical Field Supervisor includes:

• Review blueprints and project specifications to understand electrical requirements.
• Estimate project timelines, labor needs, and material quantities.
• Develop work schedules and assign tasks to electricians based on their skill level.
• Coordinate with other trades on site to ensure project flow.
• Monitor electrical installations to ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety standards.
• Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions
• Train and mentor junior electricians on proper techniques and procedures.
• Maintain detailed project documentation including daily logs, progress reports, and punch lists
• Prepare necessary reports on project status, budget, and potential issues for project managers.

• A licensed electrician with a minimum of 10 years of experience
• Experience as a project manager and field supervisor
• Comfortable with service work
• Background in commercial projects
• Proficient in bending conduit
• Familiarity with single-phase and three-phase circuits
• Experience in installing services, panels, transformers, lighting contractors, and wire pulling.
