The Hartford is seeking an Associate Underwriter for its Small Business Underwriting team. This 14-week hybrid onboarding and risk education program combines self-directed and virtual sessions with on-the-job practice and mentoring to prepare you for a formal underwriting career.
You will support small business owners across lines such as BOP, Commercial Auto, Workers' Comp and Umbrella, learning to price risks, analyze data, and partner with sales to grow accounts.
