Plant Operator, 2nd Shift, 4pm - Midnight
This position is responsible for supporting the manufacturing of thermal waxes by ensuring that quality waxes are produced safely, efficiently, and on time. The Operator collaborates with the Plant Team to monitor controls and equipment according to established SOPs, gather samples for testing, assist with gauging tanks, maintain a clean work environment, and ensure materials are available at work stations. The role requires adherence to all company policies and management directives, with regular attendance being essential.
Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing plant operations and activities
- Packaging finished products and preparing for shipping
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly
- Loading and unloading equipment and materials
- Providing solutions to improve plant efficiency
- Conducting routine preventive maintenance
- Logging and recording equipment readings
