• Motivated to drive daily sales and achieve goals.
• Focus on customer needs to proactively drive business.
• Support company initiatives and participate in team training.
• Utilize various shopping methods and new technologies to enhance sales.
• Provide excellent customer service aligned with RL Brand standards.
• Support a collaborative environment and engage in networking to build clientele.
• Offer feedback to management on successes and opportunities.
• Support alternative purchasing options like Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home.
• Enhance product discovery through digital tools like QR codes and virtual stores.
• Maintain store standards at all times.

• Retail or industry experience in high-volume or high-profile environments preferred.
• Effective communication skills with customers and staff.
• Ability to maneuver around the store, lift up to 30 lbs, and work with chemicals.
• Ability to stand, walk, and operate a register for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts and travel.
• Ability to develop positive relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
