Responsibilities
  • Motivated to drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
  • Proactively drives business by focusing on the customer at the core of all decisions.
  • Supports company initiatives and participates in team training to achieve business results.
  • Utilizes available tools and technology to enhance the customer experience.
  • Represents customer experience expectations in-store and delivers a consistent RL Brand experience aligned to store vision.
  • Champions RL core values and supports a collaborative environment with the customer at its core.
  • Engages in networking to build a client base and provides ongoing feedback to Management on successes and opportunities.
  • Strengthens customer connectivity with alternative purchase paths (e.g., Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home).
  • Broadens product discovery through QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores.
  • Provides feedback to Management on category opportunities or needs and ensures store standards are maintained.
Qualifications
  • Retail experience or similar industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with customers and store personnel.
  • Ability to maneuver around the store, stock/dressing areas, cashwrap; physical capability to lift up to 30 lbs and climb moderately.
  • Ability to operate the register, stand, move and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekend shifts and may include overnight shifts and travel as required.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
