The Part-Time Seasonal Brand Ambassador delivers a personalized, inspiring shopping experience while helping achieve sales goals. This customer-focused team member represents the brand and supports an inclusive, collaborative store environment.
Responsibilities- Drive sales by prioritizing customer needs and supporting daily, weekly, and monthly business goals.
- Build customer relationships and clientele through personalized service and multiple shopping channels.
- Support team training, company initiatives, and new technologies that improve the shopping experience.
- Maintain sales floor and store standards, and provide management with feedback on customer and category opportunities.
- Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
- Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers, management, and coworkers.
- Operate a register and remain mobile on the sales floor; lift or climb as needed, including lifting up to 30 pounds.
- Work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
