The Mitigation Technician is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Clinton, CT. As a Mitigation Technician, you will be responsible for responding promptly to emergency situations, assessing property damages, performing mitigation tasks such as water extraction, drying, mold remediation, and debris cleanup. The role requires maintaining proper documentation for all work performed and ensuring compliance with safety and restoration standards. Collaboration with team members and excellent communication skills are also essential to providing superior customer service and achieving restoration goals.

• Experience and skills in property cleanup, water extraction, drying processes, mold remediation, and debris removal
• Familiarity with restoration industry tools and equipment, safety protocols, and remediation techniques
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail for accurate damage assessment and repair
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities for coordinating with colleagues and customers
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and working in various environments
• Knowledge of IICRC standards or willingness to obtain certification is a plus
