• Join 2 nurse practitioners and 2 Family Medicine/OB Physicians
• Staff includes 1-2 clinical staff members & a receptionist
• Three clinic rooms and a procedure room
• State-of-the-Art Ultrasound Equipment on site
• Predictable and non-burdensome call schedule
• Offering supportive medical staff within urology, podiatry, general surgery, pediatrics, oncology and hospitalists
• All services are located in the hospital for convenient access and coordinated care

• $200k bonus
• 272 hours of Annual Time Off (ATO) for 1.0 FTE (34 paid days off)
