Position Overview An excellent opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a thriving and well-established primary care team in Clinton, IA. This position offers an outpatient-only practice with strong support, competitive compensation, and outstanding benefits in a collaborative, physician-led environment. Position Highlights Outpatient-only family medicine practice Shared outpatient call: 1:4 rotation Join a multispecialty clinic with immediate patient volume Strong administrative and clinical support team Excellent work-life balance Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $290,000 (2-year guarantee) + production incentives $150,000 commencement bonus Loan assistance and eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Relocation allowance: up to $15,000 CME Allowance: $3,000 annually Paid Time Off: 240 hours per year Comprehensive Benefits:
