Overview
Mercy One has an excellent full-time employment opportunity for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our Clinton Family Practice team.
Location:
Clinton North Health Plaza, Clinton, Iowa. Outpatient practice only, with shared outpatient call: 1:4.
Compensation and incentives - Competitive compensation with a 2-year Salary Guarantee of $290,000 plus production; $150,000 recruitment incentives; relocation allowance up to $15,000; educational loan assistance with eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness; 240 hours of paid annual time off; CME allowance of $3,000.

Responsibilities(Job description focuses on outpatient, board-certified/eligible Family Medicine practice with a 1:4 call schedule and clinic-based duties. The role is a full-time outpatient physician position at the Clinton North Health Plaza.)
Qualifications- MD or DO
- BE/BC in FM or OFM
- Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in Iowa
- Current and unrestricted authority to prescribe and administer medications as appropriate
- Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt)
The Mercy One Clinton North Health Plaza is a multispecialty facility offering primary care along with cardiology, nephrology, OB/GYN, orthopedics and pediatrics. Lab and radiology services are available. The family practice care team includes 4 physicians, 5 APPs and experienced clinical/non-clinical staff.
