Position Summary:

The Surveillance Operator is responsible for providing superior guest service through the functions of this position to all Wild Rose Casino & Hotel guests.

In addition to the below key duties and responsibilities, all Wild Rose team members are ambassadors of the Wild Rose brand and culture.

Essential Functions:

The essential functions and responsibilities of this position are:

• Through physical and video surveillance, observe the activities of guests and employees in all gaming and money handling areas
• Report verbally and in writing any violations of the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission regulations to Surveillance Supervisor
• Report violations of Criminal Investigation requirements to Surveillance Supervisor
• Report any safety considerations to the appropriate authority
• Report violations of Internal Control, company policies, and other department procedures to Surveillance Supervisor
• Other Duties as assigned

Schedule:

The schedule for this position is classified as full-time

Salary: $13.00 / per hour plus attendance incentive
