In addition to a wide range of traditional hospital services, Mercy One Clinton provides a continuum of care with specialized services in wound care, radiation oncology, dialysis, imaging, sleep disorders, therapy services, and skilled care.

As a Radiation Therapist At Mercy One Clinton, You Will

  • Assist the Radiation Oncologist in preparing the patient for radiation therapy treatments
  • Give radiation therapy treatments under the supervision/direction of the radiation physicist and oncologist treatments
  • Document in daily logs the correct dosages utilized for patients ranging in age from adult to geriatric

Schedule

  • 36 hours a week

General Requirements

  • Must be on the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (T)
  • Iowa Department of Public Health Permit to Practice
  • Registered Radiation Therapist
  • Must be BLS certified within 3 months of hire
