Atlas Roofing Corporation seeks an experienced Maintenance Superintendent to lead and supervise maintenance operations, ensure safety compliance, manage preventive maintenance programs, and collaborate with plant reliability and electrical control teams.

• Lead and supervise maintenance personnel to achieve quality and safety standards.
• Develop and oversee preventive maintenance plans and repair schedules.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and environmentally compliant work environment; conduct safety audits and enforce OSHA standards.
• Manage workflow, monitor progress, and maintain production schedules.
• Participate in weekly meetings with department managers to approve or reject work orders and discuss upcoming maintenance activities.
• Investigate and eliminate production variability, downtime, and below‑standard measurements.
• Conduct interviews with new employees and maintain attendance records using ADP.
• Coordinate activities with related departments to ensure quality control procedures are followed.
• Recommend purchase of necessary supplies, equipment, and materials.
• Travel occasionally to other Atlas facilities for training and vendor visits.
• Collaborate with Electrical Controls Manager and Reliability Engineer on safety compliance, troubleshooting, and reliability goals.

• Minimum three (3) years working with the eMaint CMMS program in a production/manufacturing environment.

• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written formats.
• Strong organizational and supervisory abilities.
• Problem‑solving skills and the ability to develop timely solutions.
• Fluent English language proficiency.
• Basic mathematical proficiency.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer use.
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to coach and assist other maintenance coordinators and planners.

• High School Diploma required.
