** Pay Rate: $30.00+ Starting pay is dependent on skills & background    Shift(s)

Days and Nights. Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, and on occasion different shifts with advance notice as needed.

* Position Summary:

** Perform mechanical maintenance on equipment and facilities of a world-scale corn milling, with a heavy emphasis on Maintenance Reliability.

*
* Job Requirements:

*** Direct industrial experience or high exposure to industrial maintenance work preferred
* Ability to use millwright hand tools and power tools
* Understanding of Hydraulic and Pneumatic machinery
* Basic welding skills
* Basic knowledge of machine mechanical systems acquired through training or experience
* Promotes the ADM Way and Core Values

* Experience with and use of technical measuring tools in millwright trade - a plus
* Communication (spoken and written) and teamwork skills
* Willingness to participate in training to continue developing skills
* Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
* Flexibility in accepting change and willingness and ability to work rotating shifts
* Knowledge of ADM Clinton Plant - a strong plus
** On-the-Job Training Requirements:*
* * Complete ADM safety, food safety, quality, and environmental training
* Participate in company planned operations training
* Equipment training may include but not limited to JLG, forklift, non-DOT truck, reach lift, etc.
** Minimum Requirements
*** Must be 18 years or older
* Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
* Ability to understand and effectively communicate in English (verbal/written)
* Experience in Industrial Manufacturing and/or similar military environment (preferred)
* Detailed oriented and self-motivated
* Strong safety aptitude
* Strong fundamental skills (math, reading, writing and verbal communication)
* Motivated with a passion to learn
** Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
*** Ability to move about on a work site by ascending/descending stairs, extensive walking, climbing steps or ladders, prolonged periods of standing and sitting, stooping, bending, kneeling, or squatting frequently
