Adcraft is a family-owned and operated custom apparel and merchandise company serving customers since 1974. We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to help finish, pack, and prepare customer orders in our production shop.
This is an active, hands-on position. You’ll catch shirts as they come off the dryer, check finished apparel, and box orders for shipment or customer pickup. You’ll also help with other shop and warehouse tasks as needed.
What You’ll Do- Catch, count, and organize shirts and other apparel coming off the production line.
- Check finished items for visible defects or printing issues and notify the production team of concerns.
- Fold, sort, and box apparel according to order instructions.
- Help ensure orders contain the correct items, sizes, and quantities.
- Assist with moving inventory, organizing the warehouse, and keeping work areas clean.
- Support other shop and warehouse tasks as assigned.
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Attention to detail when counting, checking, and packing orders.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well with others.
- Willingness to learn and help wherever needed.
- Ability to stay organized and keep pace with production.
This position involves standing and walking throughout the workday, repetitive handling of apparel, bending, reaching, and lifting and moving boxes and materials. Applicants must be able to perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
