Mercy One Clinton Medical Center invites a full‑time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its Anesthesiology team in Clinton, Iowa.

The position offers scheduled and on‑call coverage 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, providing general anesthesia as well as general surgical, pediatric, cardiac, thoracic, obstetrical, intravenous sedation, intravenous regional, regional blocks, and conductive anesthesia for inpatients, surgical outpatients, and emergency patients.

CRNAs at Mercy One provide pre‑evaluation anesthesia services, post‑surgical monitoring for complications related to anesthesia administration, and prompt response to codes. They work collaboratively with operating room leadership, anesthesia providers, clinical staff, surgeons, peri‑operative staff, and management to deliver high‑quality, cost‑effective care while ensuring adherence to evidence‑based peri‑operative practice and regulatory standards. Mercy One CRNAs maintain oversight of hospital‑wide moderate sedation and participate in peer review.
