Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor and Delivery position requiring an IA or compact license and current BLS, NRP, and AWHONN/Fetal Heart Monitoring certifications.

• Work in the Labor and Delivery unit of a hospital
• Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week contract assignment
• Care for birthing mothers and newborns
• Maintain a professional and supportive environment for expectant mothers and families
• Follow all infection control and safety protocols
• COVID vaccination documentation required
• Local candidates accepted if residing in specific states, including IA
• Compliance with dress code and hospital policies is required

• Active IA or compact RN license
• Minimum 1 year of recent Labor and Delivery RN experience
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
• Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
• Current AWHONN/Fetal Heart Monitoring certification required
