Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an RN for a 13-week Emergency Department position requiring an IA or compact RN license and advanced life support certifications.
Responsibilities- Work in the Emergency Department within a hospital setting
- Patient population includes adults and pediatrics requiring emergency care
- Typical shift is from 08:00 to 20:30
- Work every third weekend
- Holiday rotation includes working every other holiday
- BLS and ACLS cards must include images of both the front and back
- Emergency Department RNs must attach a scanned copy of PALS or ENPC certification with expiration date
- Work days will be scheduled in accordance with every third weekend and every other holiday rotation
- No mention of first-time traveler restrictions
- Active IA or compact RN license required
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
- ACLS certification from the American Heart Association required
- PALS or ENPC certification required for Emergency Department RNs
- TNCC certification required
- NIHSS certification required
- License verification must be dated within 30 days prior to start
- No specific years of experience required
