Hours:

24 hours weekly
Start date: ASAP
Work model: Fully on site
Duration: 3 months with potential for extension/conversion
Overtime: Some opportunities for extra hours

• Follow a statistical sampling plan to assess product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
• Physical testing of all components, including dimensional testing, weight, and appearance as required.
• Promptly and accurately document findings on appropriate batch documents; investigate and report discrepancies; sample incoming raw material chemicals and components.
• Responsible for all incoming, online, finished goods, and outgoing quality inspections.
• Responsible to make disposition of the inspected component and product.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

• SPM or equivalent education - Required
• 1 year:
  Work experience in inspection activities - Required
• Demonstrated written communication skills
• Performs work independently with minimal supervision
• Demonstrates a high commitment to quality
• Ability to write clearly and concisely in daily communication.
• Able to perform work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrates a high commitment to quality in assuring that the quality of product inspected are at acceptable levels

• Computer proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, or similar programs - Preferred

• Sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
• Stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Lifting/moving up to 10 pounds.
• Exposure to moving mechanical parts, vibration and/or moderate noise levels.
• Exposure to hazardous chemicals or other materials.
