Shift leader, Restaurant​/Food Service

This is a great opportunity for someone with restaurant leadership, shift leader, or food service supervisor experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and developing team members.

• Assist the Management Team with daily restaurant operations and team leadership
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests and ensuring a positive experience
• Take and process customer orders using a point-of-sale (POS) system
• Prepare hot and cold subs according to Jersey Mike’s quality standards
• Operate kitchen equipment, including slicers, grills, and food prep tools
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout the restaurant
• Support training and development of team members
• Help manage employee schedules and shift operations
• Address customer questions or concerns professionally
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety guidelines

• Must be 18 years or older
• Previous experience in restaurant, food service, or hospitality leadership preferred
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Energetic, dependable, and ethical work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
