Clinton Engineering is hiring a few motivated students to join our team as Construction Apprentices. You’ll work part-time during the school year (breaks, in-service days, and some weekends) and full-time in the summer.

• Assist with a variety of hands‑on tasks at construction jobsites
• Support concrete pours, framing, site prep, and general labor
• Learn how to safely use tools, equipment, and materials
• Set up and clean work areas, tools, and equipment
• Follow safety procedures and contribute to a safe worksite
• Receive on‑the‑job mentorship from experienced tradespeople

• High school junior or senior enrolled in the EICC Construction Program
• Someone who wants to work, learn, and get better every day
• Comfortable being outdoors and on your feet
• Shows up on time, ready to work, with a good attitude
• Able to pass a drug screen and background check
• Driver’s license is a plus but not required

• You’re not stuck behind a desk
• You get paid while you learn
• You’ll work with a good crew who’ll teach you the ropes
• You’ll finish the program with skills, experience, and a certificate that looks great on job applications
• You’ll have a shot at a full‑time job with Clinton Engineering after graduation
