The care team model includes Physicians and CRNAs who work closely with surgeons and OR staff in a collegial environment.
The practice offers a bread-and-butter case mix that includes GYN, podiatry, vascular, ENT, ortho (with a good amount and regional), cysto, colorectal, general surgery, spine, pain management, robotics, L&D, and some pediatrics (Dental). The call schedule consists of 4 weekdays per month and 1 weekend (Sat or Sun) per month.
Responsibilities- Provide anesthesia care within the department for listed services and procedures (GYN, podiatry, vascular, ENT, ortho with regional, cysto, colorectal, general surgery, spine, pain management, robotics, L&D, and some pediatric cases).
- Collaborate with surgeons and OR staff to ensure patient safety and optimal perioperative management.
- Contribute to a team-based approach in a high-volume, academic-adjacent environment.
