We are seeking an energetic and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our team! You will be leading a class of students through the school year, assessing their current academic level, and designing instruction to meet students’ collective and individual needs.

You must be passionate about learning and adaptable to the varying needs of the individual child to assist them in reaching their potential. With strong creative and problem-solving skills, you connect with the individual student and create an engaging classroom environment.

The safety and well-being of every must take priority.

• Create lesson plans based on the Creative Curriculum for Preschool
• Teach beginning reading and math skills and send homework for the week
• Assist children with developing social and emotional skills
• Use a range of instructional methods and learning techniques
  
  Communicate with parents and other school personnel
• Assess student's skills and performance based on the developmental domains that ensure students meet the developmental milestones

• Bachelor’s degree or AA Degree in Early Childhood Education
• MSDE required training courses and certification
• Knowledge of Teaching Strategies Creative Curriculum for Preschool
• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines
• Problem-solving and mediation skills
