Since 1999, our mission is to provide open access to quality patient centered healthcare in the communities in which we live. RKM Primary Care is a Federally Qualified Health Center with 11 clinics in 5 parishes

• Verify patient information, obtain vitals & document in EMR
• Interact with patient to obtain medical history & document in EMR
• Ensure all reports/labs are available
• Maintain specimens as ordered by the Provider
• Perform EKGs as ordered by the Provider
• Maintain exam rooms and equipment
• Perform control checks for lab equipment
• Admin duties as directed – process phone messages/scanning
• Assist with team coverage through the organization as needed/requested

• Current Medical Assistant Certification (Required)
• Current Basic Life Support (Required)
• Prefer experience in ambulatory care setting, preferred

Starting Salary Range
: $13.20 – $18.27 per hour; up to 3% annual increases
