• Oversees radiology operations in the absence of the Director, ensuring timely and efficient patient care, proper exam prioritization, and adherence to infection control guidelines.
• Prepares and positions patients, operates radiology equipment, develops films, and ensures image quality for accurate interpretation.
• Cleans and disinfects radiology rooms and equipment, maintains radiation safety protocols, and coordinates necessary equipment servicing.
• Works closely with nurses, physicians, and radiology teams to clarify exam orders, coordinate emergency procedures, and provide performance improvement input.
• Organizes workflow, prepares shift change reports, assists with transporting patients, and ensures compliance with departmental policies.

• Associates degree in radiology Technology (required)
• 3-4 years' Experience as a registered radiology technologist (required)
• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technology) Certification.
• Maryland State License (required)

This position has a hiring range of $41.98 - $75.62
