Full-Time or Part-Time (open to PRN) Job Summary

Skilled, empathetic Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or Occupational Therapist (OT) to deliver quality care.

• Provide High Quality Care for our patients.

• Hours:
  
  Generally: 8:00-5:00
• Days:
  Monday – Friday.

• Implement patient-centered occupational therapy treatments.
• Develop personalized care plans based on evidence-based practice.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain precise documentation to support quality care.
• Contribute to ongoing departmental performance improvement initiatives.

• Current Arkansas OT/COTA license required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Knowledge of electronic medical records systems preferred.
